Job Requirements
* Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in medicine (master's degree in Hospital Management or Public Health is preferred).
* Must hold an active medical registration (STR) and have at least 2 years of experience in medical services or hospital management.
Competencies
* Strong understanding of medical support services (pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, medical rehabilitation, etc) and hospital management.
* Ability to plan, organize, supervise and evaluate medical support service operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and cross-department coordination skills.
* Oriented toward quality, patient safety, and service efficiency.
Key Responsibility
* Lead Strategic planning and policy development for medical support services.
* Ensure all support units operate according to accreditation and patient safety standards.
* Manage staffing, scheduling, performance and training for allied health teams.
* Oversee facility readiness, equipment maintenance, and efficient use of medical supplies.
* Monitor service quality through audits, data analysis, and patient satisfaction feedback.
* Coordinate with nursing, and management teams for integrated service delivery.
* Maintain compliance with Ministry of Health, BPJS, and clinic accreditation requirements.
